We used this LPO in 2011-2014 and it was terrible then - we would get other peoples mail frequently and we then discovered that a child about 9 or 10 years was sorting the mail into the boxes. One day we received a confidential medical letter for some one else, we returned it to the PO desk and explained it wasn't ours- then 2 weeks later it came back to us in our box the exact same letter- too bad it if was urgent medical correspondence. This service should face Aus Post review and disciplinary action - they don't listen to customers..what we experienced is still going on now

I would leave a zero score if I could. Terrible service, ignoring people. No responsibility at all.

Agree with everything said on previous comments the lady that works there is so rude and ignorant!!!! So many times a card hasn't been left in my mailbox and when I go to ask if its there they snap at you and pretend to look and just say no ! but when you check for a second or third time its there and they just cant be bothered to look in the first place !!!! Australia Post should be ashamed of the service these people offer!!!!!
