Have used these guys 6 times over the past week. Always turned up at times requested. Fast and friendly. Even had one driver ask me if I knew which way, of the two routes offered that were much the same distance, was the fastest. Great service. Will definitely use them again.

Have been using this company almost 2x daily for 4months, since my terminally ill mother was admitted to hospital wing of local nursing home. I don't drive, I have a disability and am caregiver to my mother. (We have used this company dozens of times over the decades they have been in business.) Everything was going like clockwork, we had absolutely no issues with Co-op at all until about 8weeks ago (Sept2016) - ever since, we have had nothing but rude drivers (3 of them particularly arrogant and very rude), taxis not turning up, having to phone repeatedly, wasting private airtime on mobile, getting put on hold, and being cut off. The call centre customer service is atrocious, many of the people who take the calls are rude, abrupt and refuse to send a taxi unless you provide a cellphone number. I even had a driver phone my mobile phone to ask me on a date!!! In fact, to ask what underwear I had on! I am fed up with the appalling service - they used to be the best, now they're the worst. There are many other anecdotes, but i'd be here a long time writing them!

Would have been good if they actually showed up at the booked time, instead of calling 45 minutes later asking where we were. (We were at our destination after deciding they werent coming after 20 minutes with no phone call from dispatcher or any the driver to say they were going to be late) We don’t ask for much, just a taxi that shows up at the agreed time at the agreed place.

Made reservations 24 hours in advance, did not get the service the reservation was for, was given excuses of how busy they are. Advertise as the biggest in New Zealand .. need more in the fleet if you can't handle your reservations. Would not use again.

Some of the worst drivers in Auckland. You'd be better off (and safer) walking everywhere.....unless you need to use a pedestrian crossing in which case a Co-op taxi will probably run you over as they run red lights. List of the worst of the bunch FYQ684 (nearly backed over cyclist) FCZ491 (failure to give way when turning across traffic) GFZ709 backed out of driveway into cyclists GGS616 failure to use indicator when turning. GUH248 driving illegally in bus lane HHS888 driving illegally across Grafton Bridge GMT914 backing out into path of motorbike and driving illegally in T3 lane KBA862 driving illegally in T3 lane for 2km 1-12-17 745am Remuera Rd GRD435 hogging right lane on motorway when faster traffic was behind and left lanes empty. You're a dick.
