We booked a taxi for when we arrived on the Ferry so we could get to my birthday lunch on time. The taxi never turned up, or if they did they must have picked up other people. By the time we got a new cab (different company) we were the last people to leave the ferry terminal. I will never attempt to use this company again.

Beware. They charge 3 X the going rate. They also own Executive Cabs. If you call them, they will send might send Executive Cab. We paid $43 dollars to go to Mudbrick for dinner. On the way back the same drive was $ 14 from Wai cabs.

Do not recommend this company. They are overpriced compared to other taxi companies and were quite rude when we questioned pricing

Horrible, horrible experience. The lady who was driving verbally abused me and threatening to take out my fence simply because she couldn’t turn around probably. Someone who doesn’t have people skill definitely should not be working around the public.

This company is a straight up total rip off. $20 for a 5 minute drive from ferry terminal to Cable Bay. Just total bullshit.
