Best experience I've had traveling so far. Denise and Bruce are incredibly accommodating and have done a phenomenal job with their rooms. Amenities are top notch, rooms are beautiful, and their breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

What an amazing bed and breakfast. It's in a lovely and quiet area and is just a short drive from Hobbiton and Matamata. The hosts Bruce and Denise are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated and their breakfast was great, with a nice selection of cold cuts and fruit (with two types of kiwi!), meusli that is soaked in apple juice overnight (it's great) and a warm croissant. This is such a great bed and breakfast and I highly recommend it if you are planning on visiting Hobbiton or the waitomo glow worm caves. Was a highlight to our trip.

Wonderful B&B near Hobbiton. The B&B is surrounded by cow pastures in a quiet area. The owners are lovely and the home is filled with Art work.

ArtHouse Bed & Breakfast is fabulous..Hosts, Bruce & Denise go out of their way to make guests feel very welcome..the setting is amazing with views across paddocks to the Kaimai Range in the distance. We enjoyed their art collection.. The "Swan Room" ..delightful Breakfast exceptional.. Totally memorable.. Highly recommended..and the drive into New Zealand's countryside is special..very close to Matamata & Hobbiton too. Will definitely return..
