Was really disappointed with the size of the pizza that was $22 and classified as seafood but only had a handful of prawns on it. Also had a black hair on the pizza when opened. Burgers are fine for the value.
Amazing burgers and wedges. A must try when you are at Waihi. The veggie burger is amazing. I think it's because of the old lady who does everything on her own. Recommend having the burgers and wedges.
Got takeaway pizzas. Xlarge 2 for $52.50 and the value of the BBQ Meatlovers was AMAZING. Even the teenager was raving about the amount of topping. The seafood pizza however was underwhelming. The odd bit of octopus tentacles and small clams or mussel bits and more of a cheese and tomato herb pizza. Chips were a good side however.
The pepperoni pizza was a lake of melty cheese with undercooked base and a few slices of soggy pepperoni. Burgers were drowned in so much sauce I couldn't taste anything else. Undercooked wedges. Took a long time to arrive and then we wished we hadn't bothered.
Had possibly the largest burger in NZ. Tasted great! Friendly service.
