I recently purchased an air mattress advertised at $40. However, upon checkout, I was charged $45, which was disappointing. When I raised the issue with customer service, the young boy explained that the price difference was due to the color variation, but there was no apology for the misleading pricing. Overall, while the product itself deserves a 5-star rating, I've deducted 1 star due to the misleading pricing and lack of apology from customer service.
Absolutely terrible service. I did a click and collect which was cancelled for what I thought was because they didn't have stock, so I ordered another in a different colour and never received a notification to say it was ready. When I went in store to ask about it, I was told that there was stock but they couldn't be bothered to get it from the back and that it would take a couple of days. Website says ready in 2 hours! I was then offered the display to which they wanted me to pay an EXTRA $30 because it was already assembled. Absolutely appalling that my order was cancelled because the staff couldn't be bothered and then had the audacity to say I would need to pay more for the display item.nnI appreciate that the $30 extra was waived but this was after I complained.
I made the mistake of buying a Reid scooter from this branch, that was the easy part, trying to get a warranty claim through that nasty, obnoxious, rude woman there called Debbie was too much!!nNeeds to change her name to Karen.nWill not go back during her reign!!
Went to get my BBQ gas bottle refilled, apparently the weather conditions were perfect, has the same problem with BCF over the last 4 weeks, refer to photos for weather conditions.
