We needed to return a faulty TV and Peta at the Service Desk at Big W Casuarina went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. She was a veritable encyclopedia on all the relevant information. Peta was super helpful, very approachable and had all the information at her fingertips. She made the whole process hassle-free and so easy.
Big, spacious, very well set out and sign posted through out.nGood selection of books..nMy coloured ink for my printer is $22 more in Darwin than at office works in Adelaide. Must be the cost of freight. Most other prices are comparable to Adelaide.
Went to return the product but they denied to take it back saying that the product need to be in original condition. Product was in original condition only box opened. But still they denied my return.nSpoke with the manager named Tayni, not sure she is the manager or team member got very bad attitude while talking with customer.n0 customer service experience not sure how she got this job. Go get trained first. Good smile does not cost you any money.nAlso change your return policy and mention that box should not be opened. Don’t Just scam customers with your stupid policy and rip them off.
Online showing they have stocks and later now when I queue for more than 15 mins to get my stuff and they said they don’t have stock and the lady behind the counter you must see her attitude. When you work as a customer service team member you have to have a knowledge how to serve a customer not being a rude. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in this store
Customer service manager seems to be short tempered and she does not care about customer service ... I had to fight to get my rights ... As I billed an item from discounted section, I was iterally interrogated. I think these people are stressed and showing decent on customer alongside complaining to another employee that she was late after the break all this happened in front of me . I had to provide a photo prove which is normal in Sydney as well as we try to help ... But despite that and after 3 person talking about this still to me as if I have changed the pricing :,I was stranded for 20 minutes in the self serve counter. I think the attitude was terrible as she was ready to take a fight... I respect her view that she needs to talk to higher ups that and I told her that I am not here to ruin her day. May be this is interesting as I m travelling from Sydney and get use to this if I go to Big W Casuarina. The item was $7 whereas the original price was $15. I left some of the item as the higher ups suggested it was a mistake that the shirt was placed there... There were 50 shirts placed there. See the photo.
