What is happening with this store? Last year was much better.The store has been completely empty and can’t keep up with the customer needs. New catalogue has been out but no shelves arranged or even stocked. You say you haven’t receive the stock but some how at Kmart Coolalinga shelves are fully stocked with lovely items from all areas. Who ever is running the store doesn’t seem to appreciate Kmart anymore or even wants to sell... This store should be overlooked by someone.

Don’t bother BigW Gateway Palmerston far cheaper. Car Child Seat display 1 left and box opened. Asked manager for a discount and flat out said NO. Went to Gateway BIgW and seen cheaper same style model with thier product having a reputable household name, about half dozen of them all lined up and ready to go priced $29 cheaper.

Older male store attendant with grey hair was extra aggressive in telling kids not to bounce balls. He told kids to buy something or get out. Accused me of 'always hanging around'... I told him this was my first time in Kmart as I am from Melbourne. I said to kids 'let's go'... he said 'yeah, you should' - complete disgruntled old man who should not be in customer service.

Too often there’s limited stock on the shelves which means you can’t do your shopping in the one go.
