I bought a while ago an very luxury office chair. A few days ago I found the foam padding on the left armrest damaged. After calling Jape to see what can be done, an hour later the chair was fixed by Jape. An excellent service!!!! Highly recommended.

Wanted to buy a bed but they were out of my budget which, l understand. You cant buy a 1$ ferrari and expect free fuel plus change as well. However they were not greedy for my money and provided genuine options :) thank you so much

I have been purchasing furniture from Jape Superstore for my home & work for over the last decade. Their customer service is second to none. They have a wide range of products that are contemporary and well priced.

I purchased a leather lounge suite here on the 30th January 2015. Two years after the leather started peeling away from all the cushions. This was there response from them below. There will be charges to be bill to you for any repair of the lounge seat cover. Please advise whether you need us to obtain quotation for the seat cover replacement. Do not buy furniture here it is cheap and built to a very poor standard with little to no care about you the customer.
