Just bought a whole house full of furniture from here. Spent 5k and got a great package. That was about the extent of any good in the experience. After originally being told all our furniture except the sofa was in stock and that we would have it by 3/1, we then found out they didn't have our entire bedroom suite. We were also not told that there is a delivery fee each time they have to visit your house of $85. So you pay twice. We were told 4-6 weeks is the expected delivery time but after we spoke to them were told it's actually 6-8 weeks. We were then given 5/1 as a delivery time for our bedroom suite. After calling them on that date was told it would actually not be here till the 12/1. The correct information was not given to us at point of sale, an we were not offered any compensation for the stuff around. Instead we are left sleeping on the floor for 3 weeks because someone wanted to make a sale . Very poor. They need to take down the massive sign saying plenty of stock ready to go

Their products are a good value for money but their STAFF is best on it's way to get them a bad name and eventually get them out of business. Staff include in store and their lack of friendliness/willingness to help customers in store. It includes store Managers who fails to deliver what they promise from their customers. And not to forget, their warehouse staff who are always ready to physically intimidate and verbally abuse customers

Stock advertised as available in store. 5 months later still waiting new excuses every visiting still not here. Very quick to take the money!

Spent 20 minutes waiting for service, found a lady to assist to be told they had no stock available on either bed choices. No option to buy the floor stock, one bed had a back order of 15 . Sign says they had plenty of stock ready to go....teach me for going to a mega store that doesn't care for customers. Happy to say I got a great deal at Jape Homemaker and great service.

I bought couch, king size bed,  and bed frame.  As I expected from online reviews,  it took more than 6weeks.  
But the thing make me really upset are the quality of furniture and poor customer service. 
Bed frame had a problem in regards to assembling, so we had to exchange again.  
And then we found that there was another problem under the new bed frame. It was totally tear up bottom on the frame.  I asked them to exchange but they said  '' it's just a bottom doesn't make it different '' and they ignored my requiry. 
Oh Right, it might not be  big deal. But I JUST WANT TO BUY NEW PRODUCT NOT A SECOUNDHAND! ! !.
I was surprised how they ignored the problem of new product.  

Even delivery service was poor 
The two guys delivered my king size bed.  
They tried to fold the king size bed to fit in the small elevator.  😨.. I lost my words..
