Still awaiting for delivery after 3 weeks and yet no message or update.nnA bit disapointed about the wait and the process.nnAfter being in a shop last Thursday, I was advised, that my item in the Container in the back and will receive a message the next day or two.nnYet nothing came and still awaiting.nnA bit seems unprofessional and disorganized!!!!nnHope someone has better luck.nnPS. Their prices are not bad, maybe that's how they compensate the long wait!!!!nnRegards,nnRichard
Lovely furniture store, there's a bit of everything, great quality beds too. Some staff were helpful, especially the guy who fixed stuff!!
Absolutely useless Darwin store! Ordered online, we live remote so arranged a day to go pick up, this is an 8 hour turn around drive. Was told drawer set was not there ready despite the messages being told all the order was ready and confirming face to face on an earlier trip it wa ls ready just wouldn't fit in my vehicle. It has been 3 weeks since they said they will send down and still has not been arranged. So quick to take your money but very slow to rectify their mistake. Manage absolute arrogant and tried blaming the system for a stuff up on their behalf. Go shop elsewhere.
My partner bought a bed from here and I called to ask if they do assembling as it states on the website and they said they don’t. Abit confused why it’s states on the website??
Very dissappointed... picked out the perfect two seater which we needed today or tomorrow for a rental .. not in stock.nPicked out a dark blue dog bed ... not in stock- but you can have this brown one. No I don't want a brown one. I asked can I have the blue one and put the brown one on the floor. No, can't do that. Why have these things for sale and I can't buy them?
