Customer service is below standard. Team member Angeladoesn’t know how to multitask in dealing with customer. To answer a customer’s question is only take less than 1 minute, it doesn’t take the whole 20 mins from present customer she’s serving. Management need to upgrade customer service module. The lady in the front counter is doing good job, and with a smile on her face as well. Parking is excellent though, disabled parking is very close to the entrance.
The lady named Shom was amazing, best customer service I've ever had in a long time. Not only did she helped me find what I was looking for, but she always had a smile on her face. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
Spotlight always seems to be short staffed. However the staff they have, are helpful and provide good service. The advertised specials are often not available, and the staff do not know when they will arrive. They no longer provide access to a public toilet. Spotlight is no where as good as they used to be. Too much focus on making a profit. It would be great to have some real competition in town.
Donald and Rik were both extremely helpful and friendly when I needed to make a return without a receipt, looking up my VIP account and finding the transaction. Nothing was difficult and they made its priority to assist us even though it was busy. Thanks Donald & Rik!

Most of the items don't have price ticket. You know, so that customers know how much things cost, Astonishingly messy maybe the management are too bad..
Got all your household needs covered for bed bath kitchen etc.. costume and party supplies and craft needs. Only suggestion is clearer pricing.. lots of items no price, luckily several self scanners around shop
Love looking around at all the different things they've got in New since the last time I went in, pity you have to find your own prices for everything. 6 items we returned after having to wait til checkout to find out the price!
Ring Spotlight this morning and required to on hold one item for me. The staff said could do it for me. When I go to pick up in the afternoon. The front counter staff attitude very bad after she could not find the on hold item and said they don’t have this kind of service and reject to help me to find. I am very disappointed about this service to be honestly!
Day night blinds, plenty to choose from at various prices but word of advice don’t buy the Rylee blinds they don’t stay up, staff are no help and have no idea how they work, YouTube tutorials are useless as they show different brackets and fittings, do yourselves a favour buy the Caprice blinds they are higher priced but go up like a dream, so easy to fit and look 100%, passed on feedback to sales person he couldn’t care less, staff definitely need some training in products and customer service. Picture shown is the Caprice blind working and the Rylee blind in a heap on the floor.
