While entering the store I saw an older lady wiping down a wet trolley with a plastic bag used for veggies. I asked an employee if they could put some paper towel at the entrance as all the trolleys were wet outside. He said he would look into it. Of course nothing happened. Customer service is more than pointing out products for customers. Then one of the assistants decided to allow a customer to go in front of us without asking us if it was okay. Which it would have been. Common courtesy I would assume.
Absolutely refreshing shopping experience! Always so well presented and clean! The young red headed manger on duty was so helpful and friendly when I had a question and she helped me find what I needed right away!
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Love Aldi's for their great bargains.nYou can now go through a self check out if you are paying by card so can make your shopping experience a bit faster.
Aldis are always great. Only problem is sometimes the product they used to stock disappear. Missing the Caramel Wafers and Kezs Florentines and dried Apples
Nice staff, plenty of parking, cheaper fruit, vegetables and meat than at Woolworths and Coles and the only special buys I've ever bought merino wool blend socks seem to be of good quality.
