Verbally attacked by an old lady at the register when I was being served. I nearly just left my groceries. I left so upset. She just kept going after I told her numerous times to stop. Not one staff member or person stood up and told her that her behavior was disgusting. I tried to ring to put in a formal complaint to find out everything is done online and I couldn’t even talk to someone. I told her she was rude and needed to learn some manners. It was my second time going to aldi in Nambour why would I want to go back the staff are pathetic. Disgusting can’t even buy food without being verbally abused, grocery shopping is stressful enough with prices going up. She was loud so everyone would have heard her.
These guys, as always, have the essentials, and they are I reckon about 15 to 20% cheaper than the big 2 supermarkets. This is because they stock 2-3,000 items instead of 30,000; which means their Administration, Supply Chains and Logistics are much simpler and cheaper. Go Aldi!
Bought some lamb loin chops ,and previously also...they have been pumped with some digusting liquid...the lamb loin chops shrunk by more than half and had a funky taste...disgraceful!!! The managers should be ashamed of themselves ! ...following the BS trade tricks... of coles and woolies....very dissatisfied ...aldi was always apart of something better...but looks like your now part of the same problem... you have helped me make the move to organics...thankyou...

Great for shopping for the large family! Friendly staff, super fast at the checkout! Staff always willing to help point you in the right direction. Love the range, and the weekly specials that cover so many different categories. Always quality items and great customer service!
