Went to Big w on Saturday with my 2 granddaughters,  we were able to find what we were looking for very quickly with a friendly staff member,  going through the checkout was very quick,  staff are very friendly

Went in there and I asked for work shorts which they had in stock the lady who served me brought out the wrong ones she said their is to many at the back to look then she brought the elastic ones in navy which I didn’t ask for gave her the code 3 times still didn’t know what to look for I just walked out I go in this stall all the time and not once nothing is worth spending it’s overpriced and crap nothing like 15-20 years ago it’s just junk so I’ll take my money elsewhere its just sad now fix the shop

A place for everything in a reasonable price. Lots of choices of toys, kids clothes and many more. Love shopping here.

I enjoy having a Big W at Nambour , it has a wide range of goods considering its size , there are no other department type stores within 15 mins drive from my home.  I find the staff friendly & helpful.  Much prefer K Mart , but the whole Sunshine Plaza shopping experience, not what I'm looking for at times.  However, I do have a problem with their shelving policy & pricing , not for the first time.   A stand with Easter cards , some with stickers of $2 , some with $3 , others unmarked but similar quality.  Found 2 appropriate ones , for 2 & 7 yr old....self checkout , $2 for one & other $5.50 for one.  Response from checkout supervisor was tiny  ticket on back showed $5.50.  Need to wear my glasses next visit.  Misleading mixed shelving needs to be addressed.

Great service, friendly staff, and a beautiful clean store with lots to choose from.
