Look I definately prefer shopping at this big w, never had a problem before the staff have always been lovely but today I noticed two newer older ladies, racially profiling me because baby was wearing the shoes I had intended to buy anyway, didn’t think much at first when I saw them pointing at me and making snide faces in my directionnnBut it wasn’t until one of them walked up to the register I had approached, and tried to take over his sale as a rouse to make sure I was paying for the shoes like I didn’t just spend over $200 in store that daynnLook I understand your just doing your job, but maybe try to be more professional and less like a desperate old lady trying to validate their position by racially profiling people for no real reason .nnI spend money I spend a lot of money at big w regularly, and before today had never had a problem or yesterday I mean and I plan to do so in the future big w Nambour is out happy place baby gets all of his toys and his clothes there wenLove it
This Big W, within the Nambour Plaza, is exactly what you should expect. Now, the store may not hold the vast varity of stock, but it's a clean and well presented store. The staff are very friendly, polite, and very approachable.
