Outstanding commitment and drive shown by Samantha, i have never experienced the magic of perfectly stocked shelves until tonight. I'm not joking when i say it felt like i was in a movie set... She clearly knows what shes doing and takes pride in her work and this BWS may be in 4560 but Sammy's work makes you forget that.
Was in a hurry tonight running late for an event and was worried I wouldn’t make it in time because I hadn’t purchased any drinks as I’m only new to the area and didn’t know where any liquor stores were but a young lady tonight, Sammantha made all the difference, was lost trying to find what I was after but she was able to show me exactly where the Jack Daniel’s and Coca Cola was. Her knowledge of the shop and her pleasantness ensured I arrived to my event on time. Her efforts tonight made all the difference thank you a lot Samantha greatly appreciated.
Rudest staff ever! Especially the older bald black guy and his young sidekick. I guess they both think they're too cool to greet their customers or ask them if they need a bag. I'd rather drive to Bli Bli then my local BWS.
Great staff and easy parking out front. Perfect for a quick stop and go. However, I can buy Coopers Sparkling Ale cheaper in my local country town pub than I can buy at BWS. A major, multi-outlet liquor seller can't compete with my local, independent pub? Strange.
Wanted my sub toasted and all the machines were turned of at 8pm 30 mins before they shut
