The proprietor and her daughters are really helpful. Though when i tried to return a defective product, other employees reverted to "this is not our problem, it's the suppliers problem , so you will have to wait whilst we contact them to see what they want to do". My business was not with the manufacturer, whom I know personally - my business was with supporting this local business. I had to argue my case for five minutes. Then I demanded a refund. And there was no "sorry sir, thanks for your custom, perhaps we can give you a discount on another product".
