The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our property purchase was a bit complicated but nothing was too much trouble for Kimberley and the other staff.

Kimberley, my solicitor, did a fantastic job at what ended up being a complex matter related to the purchase of property under SMSF structure. She was prompt, identified issues early on and was on top of things which allowed us to settle on time.
Would not recommend for family law contesting wills. Very unprofessional and costly. Put my trust into the law firm to find quite a number of mistakes with paperwork. Between the spelling and breakdown of figures, leaves a lot to be desired. Please note this event had closure November 2020, by then I was completely and utterly disgusted to find not revising on the paperwork exchanged from one lawyer to another. At the end it was a phone call to resolve this matter of concern, which I waited and waited to get closure. With the stress I received shingles.

Had a brief consultation with them regarding a traffic matter. They never disclosed the simplicity of the matter but instead iterated repeatedly that i may not be successful to secure their job. After a short call with legal aid I decided to represent myself not knowing one of their lawyers had already done up affidavits which I was later invoiced nearly 700$ for. They weren't understanding about my financial situation despite hounding me for payments with no approval to go ahead on my behalf.
Provided advice on wills. Brooke was lovely and went above and beyond in a very complicated situation.
