The Pump House is the largest pump and irrigation company in Southeast Queensland. We are 100% Australian owned, with local expertise in agricultural, industrial, commercial and domestic water management.

Story

From inception in 1986, The Pump House has grown to include 5 store locations (Nambour, Gympie, Maleny, Beerwah and Grafton), our own fabrication workshop, a fleet of 46 fully equipped service vehicles, and a team of 95 permanent staff.

We carry leading brands including Grundfos and Davey, and offer a package of services including system design, custom manufacturing, site work, installation, electrical work and ongoing maintenance.

Happy again.  Spa pump damaged by tenants and had to achieve a result within a couple of hours. Very reasonable repair to get me through until I have time to have a replacement fitted.  Thanks for getting me out of trouble in a hurry yet again.

So my review is somewhat mixed in that I purchased a new davey pump and was treated extremely well. But next door at the service desk the opposite almost, I took in my old pump to be looked at and paid up front for this which is fine . I am told by phone that too expensive to repair which I thought might well be the case. Then some time later I receive anther bill for being told my pump was no good. I called the pump house repair division only to told yes they wanted more money (more than double) . I was less than pleased shall I say. They said they would contact me with further explanation but this never eventuated just a succession of bill demands. I was then contacted by the financial officer and when I explained my position was very good indeed and I got the impression she was dissapointed with the servive department. So my advise is the new sales dept 5 stars and the service department 3 stars. Bill collections department of course 5 stars.

Like many reviews my experience with the Pump House Nambour is that they have very poor customer service that can be summed up as rude and unhelpful. The men that have come to our house to service our pump have been great but unfortunately the negative outways the positives here so we will seek service else where.
