Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, room well equiped, and the restaurant underneath was well worth visiting even if you don't stay at the motel. There's also plenty of parking.nnI do have some serious concerns about the structural integrity of the building though. I awoke to a cracking noise and found debris all over the toilet and the ceiling had a large split! This is in addition to the floor having a 2-3⁰ pitch, not enough to see in a photo but enough to make you stumble around if it's dark. The first night I must have looked drunk until I figured out what was going on.nnI would consider staying again as it was convenient and well priced. But I do hope something gets done about the structure.
For the price is quoted good. Old rooms but nice and clean. Service was good. Only a 5 min walk to Coles and only 10min walk to downtown Rocky. Would stay again
Basic rooms that meet the needs of a clean, safe space without a huge price tag. Thank you! We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Staff are very friendly even holding an item left behind for 3 months untill our next visit.
Great Motel ,great staff and great price to stay 2 nights in Hampton Villa Hotel, I do really highly recommend this place to stay at it 500 metres from Coles and the 1km from the city. I've stayed in lots of motels in my time this place is in my top 5 places to stay at . That's the dam honest truth...
nice stay for 3 days, just wanted a bed, shower and a power point. Room was comfortable, staff were polite and helpful.nWill be staying here again when visiting in Rockhampton
