Best hotel I stayed before my flights ! Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to food, restaurant and day/night pharmacy max 5min. Shuttle service starting at 6:15am for airport! Spacious rooms! And the bed was very comfortable. I will come back here for sure! And on the top of that, the cheapest motel near the airport ! Recommended
Stayed here for 3 nights before flying out of Brisbane airport. What a great experience! The staff are amazing, very friendly and even offer to carry your bags to your room, they point out all of the public transport options, shops and restaurants that are close. They offer a free airport shuttle for early morning flights which we very much appreciated! The rooms are great, nice and clean and very well priced! Would definitely stay here again!
This motel has no lifts and only has a dumb waiter for suitcases. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful at all, actually quite rude. My partner is deaf and he had to go up the stairs to get the bags out of the dumb waiter for suitcases. The receptionist said he had better come back down as she wasn’t going to lift the heavy bag into the dumb waiter so I had to help and I am 72 and very disabled with arthritis. Next morning we had to take our bags down the steep steps on our own as we couldn’t lift the bags into the dumb waiter as my partner had hurt his shoulder lifting the bag last night.nThere should have been someone there to help us with our heavy suitcases.
Standard motel style rooms, clean and tidy. Location is excellent, 10min to the airport with a free shuttle for departure offered and there are lots of food options within walking distance. Rooms are quite loud though unfortunately, being on a busy road meant hearing traffic all night and could also hear the rooms above late into the night and up early for flights.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Room is compact, clean, nicely set up with everything you would expect and bed was fairly comfortable. The owner was super friendly. Definitely will stay again!
