The bed was hard as a rock. I couldnt sleep at all and ended up leaving at 3am as I'd rather sit at the airport for 5 extra hours than be in that bed. The wifi password was incorrect in the email but right in the room. No bedbugs so that's nice I guess. Walls chipped, robe stuck and wouldn't open second door, shower floods whole bathroom as its a half wall.
Pretty comfortable stay, was able to book 3 rooms on very short notice after we missed our flight. In my room: Shower and toilet were in the same room, which was pretty cramped. Water pressure was good - maybe TOO good, I had to turn it down so it didn't sting me haha. Bed was comfortable and clean and the airconditioning worked well, no strange smells or itchiness at all. Only thing to note - when your booking gives you a check-in time, you cannot arrive early! It is self check-in hotel with no staff onsite, you cannot access the building until you receive a message with your access pincodes, which isn't sent until a few mins before your check-in time.
Reception team were friendly. Room very clean. Pool looked good even though we didn't use it. The only reason I gave a 3/5 for room is mattress bit too firm for me. Overall good value for money. Close to restaurants and shops.
Room was good and comfy.nPool was excellent. Their service was next to nil. Multiple ph calls, and emails before got the code to enter room. If they could just help you when you ring - it would be a great place. 2x others while we were there asked about how we managed to get access cos they were struggling. So it's a bigger problem than just our incident. When I have had email replies - they were polite
Old, dirty rooms, bed sheets had previous guests hair, very loud at night as the place has not been renovated can see gaps in the window/balcony door the rooms smelled as well. Really bad bathroom set up. Would only stay here again if there was no where else to stay as for just $10-$30 extra a night you can get a much more comfortable, clean and quiet motel room in the area.
