IMPORTANT NOTE: not very accessible if you have mobility difficulties. If you can't get over steps, and can't climb stairs to the restaurant, don't bother. Thankfully, that's not an issue for me, but should be taken into consideration. It's extremely cheap $35-40 per person per night, when the next cheapest nearby is more than double. It's by the airport as well as the sea port and shops. You get what you pay for, and the restaurant is convenient. Yeah, it ain't the best, but at this price, you shouldn't expect more. Good for a night or two if you're heading out soon, I wouldn't actually stay here as a main component as a holiday, but you don't always need that. Sometimes you just need somewhere cheap to crash, and this is the place. If you want something flashy, shell out some more cash.

Quite a few reasons for low star rating, and very disappointed. Room not cleaned properly - urine was on the 'clean' toilet seat, reception staff slow - be prepared to wait & be stuffed around when checking in with a group, though everything was pre-arranged. Dinner process was slow & waitress could barely speak english - kept getting orders wrong. Dinner was good, though breakfast left a lot to be desired. Mould in bathroom & in the room's A/C unit - scared to use it. Stairs to rooms are slippery & are not lit - quite a dangerous situation! One room given to us had no power to wall sockets - unable to charge phones or watch telly. The staff were more worried about how the account was going to be fixed up (and we were still waiting for the people's change for their drinks last night), rather than making sure we were all comfortable and looked after. Never staying again. I have told our tour manager to steer well clear. I am terribly sorry to be staying 2 nights. Don't say you haven't been warned!

Old building, but everything was excellent. Was neat and clean and cheaper than others.More facilities, free breakfast, fully air-conditioned.Wonderful for staying.

Mould in the bathroom and the shuttle bus service needs to be explained better, never got told about having to pay bond for room
