Room 106... The room smelled and apparently the cleaners knew it because they left a window open to air the room out. With the prices they charge, they can afford to repair and update the rooms but they don't. The bathroom has mold over the ceiling where the tiny window is located that has been smeared but not cleaned and its probably not healthy. I watched a cockroach run around the tiles then go into a drain in the bathroom floor. The mat for the bathroom was on a bent rail in an alcove and not obvious, so easily missed by a tired guest. The one curtain in our room had holes, was too long for the window and allowed a lot of light in through the rod holes which was blinding. There's no cutlery or crockery except one small cup and one teaspoon per person. Tea, coffee and milk is only enough for an overnight stay. There was no hot water from the sink and it took a while to work out the soap dispenser bottles needed to be squeezed to access soap. It's ridiculously noisy. Room service is limited to dinner Monday to Friday and the food was nice though they cheated with the cheesecake in their cheesecake dessert - they were store bought and horrible and room service took nearly an hour to arrive. To stay overnight, it's ok, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay and I couldn't wait to leave.

The place looks great on Booking dot com but it is an absolute dump.nGlasses were stuck to the bench with a ring of grime.nThe shower floods because the drain is barely 30mm in diameter.nThe $41 wine package is a $6 bottle of Merlot.nAfter mopping up the bathroom with towels to avoid an excess cleaning charge when I hung the first towel over the shower glass, I found a pubic hair stuck to the ceiling.nThe only thing the joint going for it is that it is close to the airport, but for the money it costs, there are plenty of other options close to the airport.nJust don't go there.nI feel like I contracted herpes just by walking in the door.
Wish I had read previous reviews prior to booking last minute stay because everyone who posted negative reviews have covered all faults for room 101. My wife also says the place should be bulldozed . Old, outdated & in desperate need of a makeover. On a positive note communication for check in codes was prompt & works fine. Location is a short walk to entertainment & restaurant strip. You get what you pay for with cheap overnight stay
Room was dirty and dusty, if you have allergies to dust than the room will not suit you especially the floors being carpet. I was put in a room where there was damp smell and it was from the wet carpet which I had to put up with till next morning. I do not understand if they had known the room had a damp smell to not allocate it to anyone.nnNo lifts and wont cater to people with bad knees. Not worth money paid.
Honestly one of the most avoidant staff to answer a phone call regarding front door access, I image staff will likely try every chance to hang up for no reason.nnUnfortunately booked on behalf of someone else does not deserve to have foundations built on such potentially good soilnnGreat location close to the airport but please pay attention to the other reviews and greatly avoid.
