A reasonable 3 star experience, affordable stay, reasonable amenities and smooth operations by the staff. Basic Breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Great location, accessible to food and other activities near the airport.  All in all a pleasant experience. Rooms is small sized, good enough for basic stay. Shared bathrooms and kitchen amenities. Other tenants were quite respectful and friendly. Overall, a good stay spot for basic rest and refreshing. Expect what you get for the affordable pricing offered.

This place is always clean and tidy,  the owner and staff are  very polite and helpful and they have  reasonable rates. They are located a 15 min drive to the airport  and a 5 min walk to the bowls club for dinner, which has great food and atmosphere. We have now stayed there twice when needed, to which we will continue to do in the future.  I highly recommend Ascot Budget Inn for a stay.

Stayed at the Ascot for one night only. Deluxe Suite was lovely, clean, tidy & perfect for a couple. Had hoped to extend our stay, that's how happy we were with it but sadly it was fully booked already. Highly recommend if you catching an early flight as close to airport.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and unfortunately needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances with my daughter being admitted into ICU. I called the hotel directly four days in advance to request a refund or even a partial refund, understanding that policies can be strict. They told me they couldn’t help because it was booked through a third party Booking.com.nnSo I contacted Booking.com, and to their credit, they were willing to make an exception if the hotel agreed. I called the hotel again to pass this on, but they flatly refused and repeated that they have a “strict non-refundable policy,” without any willingness to show flexibility or compassion—even with several days’ notice.nnI understand having policies, but when even your booking partner is willing to work with you and you choose not to, it just feels like poor customer service. Disappointed and won’t be booking here again.nnJulie should definitely not be in customer service.

Made a last minute booking and was very surprised for a complimentary double room with a balcony. Neat, clean and comfy bed. Plenty of hot water shower. Key safe box was very convenient. Thank You Julie for providing us extra tea sugar and milk. That was great. Would love to stay again on our next visit to Brisbane.
