Absolutely fantastic service at Ascot. My husband and I missed our flight and had to find somewhere affordable to stay at the last minute, and Ascot was immediately there to help us. The lady was so warm, personable and friendly on the phone and in person, and offered us a room on the spot without hesitation. We immediately felt so well taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable even with things like meals, storing luggage, transport and other things. We felt we weren't just random customers, but cared for guests. The room was lovely, good air conditioning and a fresh clean feel, very sufficient to meet our needs. Highly recommend - would definitely stay there again!
Room stunk like a pile of wet deceased rodents. I could not get anyone on the phone. No staff. I left. The manager’s response that took 3 days to receive was appallingly horrid. Absolute disgrace. I am going to report them to the authorities.nnEdit to add: the business response is a complete and utter lie! I have now been responded to by the manager via phone horrible woman called me a liar, and I have received message on Bookings.com now. I will add all the evidence of my review and responses from the manager which are lies - to photos.nnThis place needs to be shut down! The manager should go to jail for fraud.
Great location, clean rooms, nice outdoor area with lovely gardens and plants, very friendly staff. We stayed here recently for 1 night as we were going on a south pacific cruise the next day. It's only a 5 min walk to Woolworths and cafes. I highly recommend 5
Julie in reception is very friendly and helpful, close to Woolworths and train station. Apartment was clean and tidy.nnFor the price nearly $500pn for 2bedrooms and kitchen, the apartment was underwhelming. There was no bench space to use the kitchen, and there was no table to sit down and eat. It’s a great option for a one night stay, but not for a couple of days and intending to cook/ eat in the apartment. There was a minimal amount of dishwashing liquid and only a USED scourer no cloths or dish brushes so as we cleaned the dishes I was wondering how clean they actually were…nnInitially neither of the smart tvs worked, however once I unplugged and replugged the Ethernet cables and changed the settings from wifi to Ethernet they did.
I had a pleasant stay at Ascot Budget Inn & Residences. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and public transport, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering good value for the price.nnThe staff were welcoming and always ready to help with any questions, which created a friendly and stress-free atmosphere. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings, making it a nice place to relax after a busy day.nnOverall, it’s a great option for travelers who are looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort and service. I would happily stay here again.
