My flight was cancelled late last night and everywhere seemed to be booked out. When I called, Bernadette quickly helped me secure the last room that was available because she could see online bookings coming through. She was so warm and welcoming when I walked in, and she greeted me by name. She was lovely to chat to, she booked me a taxi and made the whole process so smooth and easy.nnIn the morning, when I was checking out at 5:30, Zeus was working behind the desk, he greeted me by name, told me that my taxi was on the way and directed me where to wait for it.nnIncredible service, cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you both so much!
Very good option with everything at your door step. Easy to see why it's rated so highly. Clean comfortable rooms, pleasant staff in a great location. Would have certainly given 5 stars except they cancel your room keys access a few minutes prior to check out time making it very frustrating if you have a couple of trips to pack the car. Unable to access the lifts back to my room I had to go to reception to have it reactivated. If the need to automatically cancel your cards, I'm sure 5 minutes after checkout time wouldn't be unreasonable.
Great location, close enough to Suncorp Stadium, Eat Street, restaurants. Parking was scarce so I recommend pre booking at the hotel. The room itself was great
We're staying in an Air B&B room on the 12th floor, very nice, great view of the river and surrounds. Lots of eating places within a few minutes walk. The room is very sound proof, or you can have the balcony door open and watch n hear the planes come in to land or take off.
Not a very comfortable stay at all - loungeroom window had no blockout blinds for privacy, is like being on display in a fishbowl and the best front desk could offer was to wait 2 days for another room to be available.
