I had the pandan croissant. In short, this is a technically brilliant croissant with gorgeous layering of the laminated pastry and excellent use of pandan. Visually appealing. 9/10. Would I have this all the time?... not for $8 a croissant. It is rather large to be fair and if a donut can charge $6 then a croissant PROBABLY could charge $8.... begrudgingly. If you appreciate good pastry then this is worth it. There's always a line up but it seems to move quickly. Get in early to avoid missing out on their popular pastries. I've also had the lemon tea cake that a colleague purchased to share. It's good, not great.

Pastry is good but i have had better, not sure about the price. Not something you want to buy every day. Staff, well not sure of being french has anything to do with it but yeah not that great.

I find this place inconsistent. Some of their baked goodies are really good, some are just terribly bad (soggy escargot & burned plain croissant, which I had in separate occassions.) They need a better quality control.

Simplistic, no fuss little bakery in the middle of the market. There is a line most times (even early in the morning!) tho the line does move quite quickly and at the same time you're able to view all the delicious morsals on offer! Tried most favours of the crossiants and our personal favourite the cherry pistachio tart is a must! Their pastry is crispy and flaky and none of the pastries have disappointed. Absolutely delicious. Plus note; sometimes you are able to grab your hands on a goodie that's still warm! A must try if you're there!

We went to the markets and basically followed the scent of croissants until we stumbled across this stall. Very authentic French pastries! There's a line for a reason! Well worth it!!
