Terrible poor quality food for their high prices. EXTREMELY rude staff who certainly don't seem to give a s###. Embarrassing to think visitor to Melbourne may go here. No wonder the business is going broke. Disgusting

Cookie is 3 pieces for price of 2 pieces (ie buy 2 get 1 free). I bought 2 pieces for my daughter almost everyday for few months and they never told me till yesterday. Damn dodgy! Dishonest shop.

Never again. I bought a Chicken, Bacon and Cheese Pie for lunch at the outlet at the far end of Southern Cross station, and it was well and truly spoiled. The filling had turned slimy and it tasted revolting. I complained to the salesperson, who offered me another food item in exchange. I wasn't even refunded the price difference on the blueberry muffin I chose. After we had finished eating, I noticed that sales staff hadn't even removed the other C,B&C pies from sale to check them for spoilage. They showed no knowledge of quality control or consumer rights.
