Very fresh every time I have been there. Prices are quite reasonable. Normal rolls, Vietnamese rolls and caramel side all very good and recommend.

Best Banh Mi cannot go past it. Delicious pork, soft buns, crunchy salad and the perfect amount of fresh chilli.

This place is fantastic. Without expectation, I went in for a hot chocolate on my way to work. It was the best hot chocolate I've had since coming to Melbourne. I decided to come back for lunch and had their Banh Mi - also fantastic. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Their Bahn Mi has dropped in quality, and is a little sloppy. Chicken is caked BBQ in sauce. Avocado on the salad is rock hard, and the price is double what it says on the board. Customer service is poor, tried to blame me for their mistakes. I'm disappointed N Lee, you've lost your touch. I'd strongly recommend Vietnoms around the corner for a decent Bahn Mi at the same price.
