Rude staff! It was a busy morning and I was in the store with my umbrella stroller awkwardly trying to navigate. The staff was rushing around setting up and I had to get out of their way or get bumped into. Didn't even say excuse me. I tried to ask a question and was ignored. My first time at this shop and I didn't know to hand in my tongs and was yelled at by the cashier. I immediately said sorry but she didn't even acknowledge it and just appeared angry and stressed. Was excited about getting some fresh buns, but the whole poor customer service just ruined the experience. Won't be visiting again.
