I am sure once it was nice. But now it's in desperate need of repair

Sorry, to say, didnt enjoy my stay. The room, although thoroughly clean, was very old and shabby, with thread-bare carpet around the bed, peeling paint on wooden window frames, chipped cupboards and very old fittings. The radio, for example, would be a collector's item from the 70s. No Sky TV either. The owners keep birds in a cage in public view - I find this medieval, if you love caging animals so much, do it out the back. The staff weren't welcoming - not much hospitality shown, no smiles or chit-chat, but in their defence, when we needed something additional, it was brought to our room. Acacia Park needs to lift its' game, there are better motels around....that aren't on busy main roads.

check the spot out recently...Yahoo the new owners have spent a cool mint...New Spa, Units painted...and yes the BEST OF ALL...100% Crispy, clean & white percale linen on the beds...AWESOME ...You guys who write such nonsense on accommodation places...Ya in need of ya heads being checked out ... thats for sure. These owners even went the extra mile and baby sat our child for us to enjoy our family get together...
