I loved it! , test was very easy I used the DRIVERS TEST app the questions were exactly the same . All staff were so sweet and kind explained everything throughly, didn’t rush me at all. Bit of a wait in the line but that makes sense due to the fact that many people go in. But I recommend, staff is great 10/10

What is going on in this establishment!? No one ever answers the phone. Went in to renew license, said it was going to come in the mail. Many months later still nothing. Can’t discuss with anyone because no one answers the phone and the wait times is significantly long. Weekends are terrible as the lines can back up out the door and attitudes are so nonchalant, rude and or unbothered. Judging from everyone’s reviews it’s been like this for a very long time. Who is going to review this team and correct their behaviour? We/I just want some customer service that’s not going to take a million years to be rectified and resolved. And for the love of all things good, answer the phone!!!

The Chinese lady is the rudest person I have ever seen. Her arrogant attitude and the way she speaks to you is like you have made a big mistake and come to ask for her forgiveness. Why would someone deserve such a disgraceful treatment?

The Asian lady who speaks Chinese is quite fascinating. She first looks at you, then leaves without a word, returning once you’re done to check on you. Her behavior doesn’t bother me because I know what I need to do there. I just find her very intriguing, as if she has experienced some mental stimulation.All other help was great.

THE WORST PLACE TO COME TO. THE Short SKINNY CHINESE LADY WAS SO Rude & SO irragant  She thinks she owned the place. Shouting at me for Correcting her. This Place they Covere for each other THATS WHY THEY GET WAY WITH IT.  the Customer Service Here is ZERO. THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR. THERE CONFIDENT IN IRRAGANT IS UNBELIEVABLE. Not to Forget they'll judges you based on how you look. So if you look like one of them. It's All happiness but if you don't. We All know that LOOK
