Extremely Disappointing ServicenI had a terrible experience at the AAA Center in New Lynn. The staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed disorganized and uninterested in assisting with even the simplest questions. It felt like I was being ignored, and when I did get a response, it was dismissive and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
Took me four visits to sort my son’s IRD. Most of staffs are very arrogant and behave that the visitors depend on their charity. Never clear on their instructions. The infamous “Chinese female Staff” in other reviews did not surprise me. She acts like she owns the place and treats customers in a rude manner. She doesn’t serve customers but command them. The most polite staff was a trainee, a south Asian guy and hopefully he doesn’t adapt the behaviour of other staffs. Overall, the experience been not so good for me.
Today, we went to the AA Centre at LynnMall for my wife's theory test and I was impressed by the excellent service. The staff were professional, but there was no ear protection available for the noise in the busy area. I checked other AA and VTNZ centers, yes they provided ear protection for the test.nI think the AA Centre at LynnMall should offer ear protection for noise during the theory test
I loved it! , test was very easy I used the DRIVERS TEST app the questions were exactly the same . All staff were so sweet and kind explained everything throughly, didn’t rush me at all. Bit of a wait in the line but that makes sense due to the fact that many people go in. But I recommend, staff is great 10/10
