Ridiculous. They take out more than what you signed for and cannot get the money reimbursed. You pay 'in advanced' payments which are just extras and aren't advanced payments at all.

I had called AIL 8/9 months ago requesting for all notes and call to be sent to me and never got a response, instead 3 months later, I spoke to a manager there whom was very rude, and advised me she's still looking into it, I called again and spoke to the same manager, then I dealt with the director Steve F, no luck, then it went to the USA and they got back to me saying that the information they held was confidential, and that they couldn't send it to me, after almost a year ago I requested for information.  So I was told by 2 people here in NZ they will look into it and send my request, then I got a 3rd person who is based in the US saying basically I couldn't get the information.

I also file a claim last year which I was told that it would be paid, however the declined my claim with no proper explanation.

What is going on AIL. - Im paying over %50.00 per fornight, you failed to pay, you wont get me the information that I am entitled to according to the privacy act 1993, and you think you can try and send me a cheque as good will?? BS

Rubbish service, they dont reply to emails or ring you back as they suggest on the phone when you have been waiting for almost 10 minutes. Buuuut they do reply to messages that you leave on their facebook page which i believe is unprofessional. And the have the nerve to tell me if i want customer service then message them on facebook??? What company does that? A bunch of cowboys run this company and work for them they dont deserve and stars but i cant review with no stars

this is a bad service ever, how many time i have to call them,  call more than 200 times still not answer... so bad they are fast to make us sign their contact but they never care
