Z - Seaview - Service Station

A year ago I gave this Z five stars, but I have change it to one star now and if I could I will give them zero rate. Over last month maybe longer they have one really rude person that works there if I could I would name them. Just the other day they are ment to open at 6am and there has been a lot of times they don’t open till around 6.10 am. They do have a 24/ 7 pump available but if you need something else in morning you can’t buy it because they have open late again.

I had a bad experience this morning at this garage .. First time ever been in the Upper Hutt never been here in my life or around the rest of Wellington.. I come all the way from Mahia, Hawkes Bay to take my daughter to hospital, i stayed at Top10 Holiday park and woke up to a flat tyre.. I drove slowly to this garage for help or something .. A lady turned up in a Black Little Car I got out to speck to her and the first words she says was MOVE MY CAR YOUR IN THE WAY, now this is 6ish in the morning and no one had come to purchase anything and I was well away from blocking people in I WAS STRANDED AND NEEDED A LITTLE HELP .. Customer services sux from her, she didnt help but say those god dam words .. Your a garage not a shop .. Im very disappointed in your garage .. Its very funny because i was actually at this garage monday afternoon to buy things and use the rest room and the guy that was on was AWESOME very helpful to me and my daughter we told him we were going to look for the ocean and he pointed us in the rigjt directions ILL GIVE HIM A AWESOME REVIEW but not HER .. Management you need to make sure your a people are people person .. Very dissatisfied with her

This morning my partner went to get petrol at this station. It was just after 6am. He went to fill his vehicle but the pump didn't start. He went to the window and saw the woman hiding behind the counter. He asked her to start the pump but she said he had to pay at the pump. She was very rude. He had cash and wanted to purchase things inside the store and pay for the fuel. She demanded he use the pay at the pump option. He left, very dissatisfied and will NEVER go back there again!!

Poped into this z afew times and it's been a good experience every time nice quick fuel up and great customer service...

Placed at a very strategic location. Has a small convenience store too. Could do with one additional pump in my opinion, especially considering how busy that road is.
