Terrible service absolutely nothing I can say about the service is positive.nThe guy made me wait and would not unlock the pump even when I was in a hire van and had explained that I had to fill for the return of the van and didn't know how much fuel I needed and when I complained to his supervisor, the supervisor did not apologise and just kept saying we are pre paynNo Apologies and awful service.nVery disappointed

Rip off! Avoid!!! Lol, looks like they’ve blocked any new reviews so will just edit an older one. Truly the worst Z ever, so bad I even reported them to someone on their comm’s team. With this evening’s low sun angle I badly needed to clean the interior of my screen on my way to picking up a mate off a flight. No squeegees on the forecourt just a tatty worn one inside that I had to go in to ask for. At least there was detergent in the wash bucket. Pretty sad sad business with some of Wellington’s most expensive fuel. Avoid! 21-03-2025

Went to Z this morning. The worst experience as a customer. Went to the counter and ask for regular mocha. The guy at the counter didn’t understand the word regular so I repeated three times ,so the girl standing next to him explained him that’s fine it happens. But when I went to pay the guy at the counter came across rude and started explaining to me that I spoke too fast and it’s regular not reckular come one guys . It’s not the first time im getting the coffee. After listening this I am so pissed that you blaming me for your mistake. Then the other guy jumped into the conversation and said take your coffee and go . Is this called customer service . Do he have an athourity to say customer to leave . He said he will not serve me tomorrow. If this is the case then I think I should take this matter further.

The dumbest z ever tbh i went in to heat my babies bottle or even to get a cup of hot water and they wouldn't heat my babies bottle they even charge for bloody hot water every other station ive been to have helped and the staff are so stuck up and very bad attitudes very poor service tbh especially when your traveling from a far with a 9 month year old baby this z has very poor service never ever coming back here again
