Z - Johnsonville - Service Station

recently visited Z2O Car Wash in Jonsonville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After completing the wash, my car still had visible dirt that wasn’t removed. The cleaning was not effective at all, especially for areas that clearly needed proper attention.nOn top of that, the vacuum stations were extremely weak and did not have enough pressure to properly clean the interior. I wasn’t able to remove dirt and debris from the seats and floor mats.nI’ve attached pictures of my car after the wash, which clearly show the remaining dirt. For the price paid, I expected much better results. I would not recommend this location unless improvements are made to their equipment and service quality.

i wish i could give it a 0 star. Partner and myself were waiting behind a Grey Suzuki swift for 10 minutes. We decided to cut our losses with that pump and move to another one and waiting behind that car. I walked inside to tell the employees that the car was abandoned to only find out that it was one of the employees Suzuki swift. He parked it there because he was late to work and couldnt get a park and then he couldnt leave the register. very disappointing

Too many people parked who are not always using the store. At times feels unsafe to go there.
