Pumps 7 and 8 gave been blocked from use in the BP me app. A sign shows that these are prepaid lanes, no problem, see below- it offers 2 options. But in the app, both pumps 7 and 8 show as greyed out and displays ' NA'. I went instore to enquire. The first lady argued that the sign clearly stated in store only. I paid instore, refueled my car and took a picture of the sign. Went back instore to show the picture, spoke to a second lady, who said the app 'often crashes', and failed to understand the issue I was raising. Ive been using this station for 6 + years, and exclusively use the app for payments. Why is it so hard to listen to customer feedback that is trying to help you?

There is a particular staff Indian lady , who always looks so grumpy and gives angry looks. Not the first time I have experienced this with her , i honestly avoid going there coz of her .

You use to stack your chicken nuggets now there's hardly anything in the afternoon. The vacuum and air pump is always out of order. Been like this for the last 2 weeks..come on now I go all the way to Porirua. Your going to shut down soon just like Z.
