Terrible customer service. I went to the BP today around 9.30 and was spoken to rudely as if it was an inconvenience that I was there ordering two drinks. The women was sighing and speaking rudely when I was simply just ordering drinks. She charged me for a third drink that I didn't order and then walked off without saying anything , I tired to call the guy over and he ignored me and eventually came over and took it off so I could pay but I was still overcharged. Drinks tasted bad as well.

Worst coffees served up in living memory!nThe barista on duty on the 2nd Jan 10.00am needs some serious coaching. Not a good look for Wild Bean.

I waited 25 minutes in store for an iced coffee ordered in ADVANCE on the bpme app - why? Because the staff had no idea how to sequence coffees or do them in order. People that ordered after me got their coffees first. What is the point of ordering coffee in advance if the incompetency is in-store? Might as well order in store, break out the popcorn and just watch the show unfold.

Goos service easy to locate and enter. However exiting north was tricky due to rush hour trafgic

Never come to this BP for a car wash anymore as you have no idea when and how long it will take to repair this endless and dead machine. It never specified or gave a clear indication that the machine is broken down until you drive really close to it or ask staff inside.nFirst time I came the light was on looking absolutely no problem from outside until I walked in and talked to the staff said it was broken.nSecond time after a couple months later it is still vividly visible with lightning sign on the car wash so I bought code on BP app without knowing the machine is broken until I was driving towards path with money already taken and needed up not being able to use !nnCompletely useless machine never be fixed up!
