Z - Miramar - Service Station

Young Indian girl with glasses really needs customer service training. Shocking service. Approached the counter and got a Yip and then completely ignored me throughout the transaction as though I was an inconvenience for her. Z, you can do better than this and ensure your staff have the necessary skills to do the job. Hope this feedback get to the manager of that store.

I went into the petrol station yesterday afternoon to swap my LPG cylinder.nThe two young girls behind the counter were doing nothing as there was no one else in the shop other than me.nI was promptly given the key for the gas bottle replacement cage.nThe expectation was that I as the customer was expected to under the padlock, open the crate, swap the bottles, lock the crate again and return the key.nI promptly told the girl to get of her backside and do it for me which she begrudgingly did.nWhat fantastic customer service!

The female finishing her shift today 26/12 mid-day was not only rude to another worker but to customers, came in to buy some drinks after filling up and there were ants all over one of the drinks from the fridge. . Ordered the new pina colada frappe to try which would have been great if the lady had left the sprinkles off like it was supposed to. . Felt like I couldn't even ask for a new one because I felt like she bit my head off when I asked if it was the one I ordered usually good but definitely not today

Stopped by on the way to the airport with my daughter. It was quite late at night but we decided to get a coffee and the young lady was very friendly and engaging despite the late hour. My daughter is lactose intolerant and she made her a lovely oat milk coffee. Always appreciate people who are in a good mood despite working terribly late hours. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!

Excellent! I generally refuel somewhere else, but the staff is onto it, and the car wash is very fairly priced. As a bonus, it supports local charities and you can choose which one you want to fund.
