Z - Miramar - Service Station

I went into the petrol station yesterday afternoon to swap my LPG cylinder.nThe two young girls behind the counter were doing nothing as there was no one else in the shop other than me.nI was promptly given the key for the gas bottle replacement cage.nThe expectation was that I as the customer was expected to under the padlock, open the crate, swap the bottles, lock the crate again and return the key.nI promptly told the girl to get of her backside and do it for me which she begrudgingly did.nWhat fantastic customer service!

The female finishing her shift today 26/12 mid-day was not only rude to another worker but to customers, came in to buy some drinks after filling up and there were ants all over one of the drinks from the fridge. . Ordered the new pina colada frappe to try which would have been great if the lady had left the sprinkles off like it was supposed to. . Felt like I couldn't even ask for a new one because I felt like she bit my head off when I asked if it was the one I ordered usually good but definitely not today

Excellent! I generally refuel somewhere else, but the staff is onto it, and the car wash is very fairly priced. As a bonus, it supports local charities and you can choose which one you want to fund.

Stopped by on the way to the airport with my daughter. It was quite late at night but we decided to get a coffee and the young lady was very friendly and engaging despite the late hour. My daughter is lactose intolerant and she made her a lovely oat milk coffee. Always appreciate people who are in a good mood despite working terribly late hours. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!

Very disappointed with how rude the staff can be. I used to have this Z as my main go to for petrol and car washes. But after I was bullied by staff today for using the brush and the WATER to give a fast clean on my windows, as I pumped the gas in the tank. The staff came crashing in saying I was to pay for a car wash. As apparently using the WATER to remove the soap from the brush is the same as washing your car. I must confess I was crazy enough to dare to clean my 2 front head line, as we are having too many fog days, I wanted to be safe on the road. All of that took me 1 extra minute after the pump finished with the fuel. And as I was going to add water to my Windshield Water Tank, the staff what was already using the speaker *ps: I did not realize they speaker was trying to call me came out harassing me that I was to pay for a car wash!?!?. On top of that, the staff that is there to help out customers never came in to offer help. He was just chatting with another man in the corner. Have him asked to clean my windows and or refill the water tank, there would have been no problems.....**PS: I used to have my car in the Car Wash machine once a month.... No More.
