Slowest coffees in the world! and not very good either. I must have been sitting there waiting for more than 15 minutes for my coffee, there were less than 5 coffees for her to make before mine. This is really pathetic to be honest considering I walked into work with no time to spare I was lucky not to be late because of her. I used to make coffees at BP and we would clear that many coffees in less than 5 minutes, it took her over 15. I would reccomend people don't get their coffee here unless they are happy to wait for 15 minutes, just go to BP or mcdonalds. This happened around 8:30am Thursday the 5th of June.
To the owner of the Z Fenton Street Rotorua- please read this. You are losing customers because of this very rude staff of yours. I dont know her name, this older woman with long black hair probably maori or pacifika not sure who is very unwelcoming and unapproachable. My husband and I stopped going to this petrol station as having to deal with her poor customer service really ruins the mood. I bought my coffee before but she didn’t bother giving me my free cookie which was advertised. But she gave one to the customer before me. The next time we went, we were to pay the petrol but she wasn’t looking & didn’t even bother to ask if we have any discount card, just told us to pay $$$ and was very rude. We also found out from other people that they had the same experience with this lady. She seems not happy with her job. l would rather go to Z fairy springs or somewhere else. Can you please let her read the comments and train her hard. Geez! not fit for the job at all.
Would not recommend going to this Z Gas station at all!! Went their on the 12th October around 2:20pm - 2:30pm and I went in to use the toilet while my mum was getting drinks and a pie as we was moving houses... I went to go ask my dad if he wanted a pie as they are like $6-$7 dollars expensive much!! I did not touch the pie warmer and the manager accused me of stealing and was yelling and swearing at me witch isn't really nice and then accused me of eating a pie in the toilet when my mum asked her to check the cameras she did after yelling and saying she was going to call the cops she went and checked just to come back and it was not me.. I did not receive an apology or nothing.. highly disappointed in the managers customer service skills
Keep well away, they advertise at pumps 10c off today 3oth October but charge the full rate per litre when making payment. That is it for me will shop elsewhere in future. Staff were also not very helpful and would not apply the discount even though I had all the necessary requirements in place.
Friendly service and clean toilet. We could check out tyre pressure and fill out camper with water.nnThank you!
