The Mobil station on Clayton Road in Rotorua has recently experienced issues with fuel availability, having been out of fuel since August. While the convenience store at the station remains operational, customers have been unable to access fuel due to ongoing point-of-sale system upgrades. ExxonMobil noted that this location is independently managed by Gulati Enterprises, which operates other stations also facing similar fuel supply interruptions. Many customers have found this inconvenient and have sought alternatives while waiting for fuel services to resume .
Personally liked to thank the man who was on night shift Monday 5th feb around 10pm, was having one of the roughest days and had an beloved one in hospital on my way out was busting to use the toilet as I had an 30min trip back pretty stressed and I was fully tired from the day really needed to be home for my lil brother. He was kind enough to let me through, I appreciate it heaps saved me a trip looking for a public toilet in general and from being more tired while travelling home . FNot only that has great customer service !! Thank you again
On Clayton road. Love this Mobil. Staff friendly & helpful. Always offering what's available discount wise. Nothing better than sitting in the car while staff fill with petrol. Check water & oil at your request & even take your correct cash payment. What more can you ask for. Take note that certain times of the day this service is not always available. For example early opening hrs & likely lunch breaks.This gas station has changed hands. Really miss the old friendly staff. Not waited on anymore. Self service.
Excellent service and going the extra mile at its best. Nev you are our local petrol man & we appreciate the service you provide us all; top man and keep doing what you're doing, it's bloody awesome. The only petrol station I trust and go too! Even if the petrol is sky high; all because of the excellent service I receive everytime from the staff. 5 star material. Plus the place is professional and always tidy. Keep up the good work guys, from one friendly local to another.
Staff is friendly helpful and relaxed, always courteous smiling and welcoming makes a lot of difference to customers to have great service.
