Why won’t they let us fill the tank before paying? Sometimes they do but they have these random times where they get everyone to go inside to pay first. Personally I feel targeted by racism. I get going pre paid only after a certain time for example at night but at 1pm standing at the pump for 10mins with no one turning the pump on or even saying it pre paid and then when I go inside the lady says the owner said to switch the pump off.. what a joke. I’ve been able to fill up first 2 times before and then the next few times they make me pay.. they looked at me funny as well I’m a Māori guy with neck tattoos so i felt like they were being racist behind the counter. I pre paid 140 dollars then had to go back inside to get change. So annoying. Then 2 cars behind me had the same problem . I felt like a criminal even though I’m a hard working citizen. Also I had an experience there previously where I wasn’t allowed to pump but the car in front of me was…. How is that fairnnI feel these guys just pick and choose who gets to pump first and who has to pay via pre paid based on looks race and skin colour.nnTerriblennWon’t be recommending this place also they are very misleading as the fuel prices are standard It they advertise as cheaper but only if you have a smiles card. Also you can’t pay in your car on the app.
Says 12 cents off per liter but was not discounted the right amount… $2 discount for 40 L petrol. Should be $4.80 discount instead. I just realised it when I left and I did not asked for my receipt. Dishonest staff!!!
