I had a very disappointing experience at this petrol station today around 1:55 pm 14/02/2026. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and her tone was very disrespectful. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.
I went there to refill a gas bottle and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lady at the counter was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unfit to deal with customers. She had no idea about the pricing, didn’t know where the staff member responsible was, and casually told me to wait. When I followed up after a few minutes, she snapped at me and said I could wait all day if I wanted or just leave. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. I left and went to Challenger instead, where I received friendly and professional service. Avoid this place, especially if that same elderly lady is working at the counter.
Gull App can't be used here. Must specify $ amount to fill up. Toilet available. Male attendant on counter was ok.
Rude, unhelpful, not doing lpg bottle fills even though sign said time they do. Lady staff member on first visit said come back in 5 minutess when time starts very abruptly and rudely. Came back at the time was told by a male staff member they wont be doing lpg today as they didnt feel like it. Dont bother going there pop round to 4 square and swap a bottle. Wont be back again some of the worst service i have ever had. Staff need customer service training, dont advertise services and goods you arent selling either.
All we wanted was our gas tank filled. We went into the station 3 times, and got told 3 times by the Indian attendant that the lady that does the fills us not in, and he was very vague about when she WOULD BE IN!! So we gave up and went elsewhere!!!nWe would very much like to know what the problem was, because you will be losing business from this poor customer servuce!!
