Patrice is doing an amazing job! She was busy on coffees-Coffee was great and customer service was even better! I haven’t seen anyone as good as her since the older ladies worked there a couple years ago and they are hard to match!
Came in around 10pm after doing a workshop. Only place open. I asked if they had anything vegan. Without hesitation they replied with “no stock” which I found weird as I was looking at the entire range of bp hot food excluding anything vegan. Drove 2hrs home with no dinner. Can’t help but think these guys just don’t order anything vegan or don’t put it out as much. Quite appalling and disappointing going into 1 of NZs biggest chains and not having ANYTHING dairy free available. Every other bp I’ve ever been in has catered to this. It’s just this one in fairy springs Rotorua that doesn’t care.
OK, I paid for fuel, went to get my favourite spinach roll, gasp...none left. Coffee made up for my disappointment.
15 minutes for one coffee, and wasn't a good one either. Would have been a better use of time to drive across town and back for one.
Great coffee, wait time was quite long
