Came in around 10pm after doing a workshop. Only place open. I asked if they had anything vegan. Without hesitation they replied with “no stock” which I found weird as I was looking at the entire range of bp hot food excluding anything vegan. Drove 2hrs home with no dinner. Can’t help but think these guys just don’t order anything vegan or don’t put it out as much. Quite appalling and disappointing going into 1 of NZs biggest chains and not having ANYTHING dairy free available. Every other bp I’ve ever been in has catered to this. It’s just this one in fairy springs Rotorua that doesn’t care.
Worst coffee from this store I ever had from any other BP wild bean Cafe.
There is nothing really to say.nBP / Wild Bean cafe, standards is exceptional and perhaps more importantly consistent.nAs so many people use a BP service station, and its facilities, much kudos to their management and support service to maintain this consistency.
It's a gas station with that super friendly gisborne vibe..
Ordered hot chocolates this morning early, when it was still quiet. Lady making the coffees was sighing and throwing the cups around like she didn't want to be there, However decides to work at BP. After that we tasted them and it was just warm milk. None of the staff that work there want to work there or know how to make hot chocolates
