Review for BP Automatic Car Wash – Disappointing ExperiencennI recently visited the BP automatic car wash, and it was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. Not only did my car come out still looking dirty in some areas, but I also noticed visible scratches on the paint afterward.nnFor a service that’s supposed to be convenient and efficient, this was a huge letdown. The wash didn’t properly clean my car, and the brushes or equipment seem to be harsh enough to cause damage. I expected much better quality, especially from a well-known brand like BP.nnIf you care about your vehicle’s condition, I would strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. It’s not worth the risk of scratches and poor cleaning results.
15 minutes for one coffee, and wasn't a good one either. Would have been a better use of time to drive across town and back for one.
OK, I paid for fuel, went to get my favourite spinach roll, gasp...none left. Coffee made up for my disappointment.
Came in around 10pm after doing a workshop. Only place open. I asked if they had anything vegan. Without hesitation they replied with “no stock” which I found weird as I was looking at the entire range of bp hot food excluding anything vegan. Drove 2hrs home with no dinner. Can’t help but think these guys just don’t order anything vegan or don’t put it out as much. Quite appalling and disappointing going into 1 of NZs biggest chains and not having ANYTHING dairy free available. Every other bp I’ve ever been in has catered to this. It’s just this one in fairy springs Rotorua that doesn’t care.
