Dear [Manager’s Name / Team],nnI visited your café today at around 10:35 a.m. and ordered two coffees to go. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing.nnAfter ordering, I waited over 20 minutes for my coffees, even though the café was not busy at the time. The two women working on the coffee machine appeared more focused on talking than serving customers. I asked twice about my order, and each time I was told it would not be long — but there was no apology or update.nnAfter my third attempt to ask, I discovered that my coffees had been sitting on the bench, along with several others waiting to be collected. No one informed me they were ready.nnWhen my sister raised a complaint about the poor service, the two staff members on the coffee machine again offered no apology. The only apology we received was from the man at the front desk, which we appreciated.nnI wanted to bring this to your attention as the experience fell far below expectations. I hope you can address this with your team to ensure better communication and customer service in future.nnBy time we received coffee they were cold we asked for extra hot.
The young lady who served me today for two coffees, your service was outstanding, and my cappuccino coffee was the best I have had in a very long time, she let me have chocolate and cinnamon together it was just what I needed.nKeep smiling young lady. This was around 2pm this afternoon
A fantastic bp with great friendly, helpful staff.nI was served today by Kim, What a treat Kim was, I needed to find out how to use my rewards card to get a discount. Kim spent a fair bit of time talking me through it. She was so patient and kind and I really appreciated her lovely manner. She is truly an asset to the company. You are wonderful Kim. Thank you.
Maori guy in the morning pony tail has a attitude problem. Won't even smile and purposely doesn't scan your rewards cards and says I forgot I can't do anything about it.nnWhen I asked him to re do the transaction he won't bother and proceeded to say this is our land and we do whatever we wanna do and if you don't like it go to another station.nnHe then started eyeballing the next 6 customers and made them feel awkward.
Usual practice & discounts.nOften busy but waiting time is at a minimum. A free choice of 2 buscuits was available once while in the queue. Lovely surprise.
