Woolworths The Valley

I really appreciate how many self-checkout lanes Woolworths The Valley has. It’s fast, convenient, and I rarely ever have to wait in line. I’m not sure why some people complain about wanting more assisted checkouts. I actually prefer being able to get in and out without the small talk. For me, the self-checkout setup is perfect. I can't wait to see how the place will look like once the renovations are completed.

Twice now have faced a counter person that was so unfriendly it gave me a thought not to go back.no smile, just a grunt . Quite unpleasant experience. She obviously doesnt like her job. I thought this is as bad as last time then realised it was the same person serving. Name is Teya

This supermarket must have the worst deli on earth. The roast chickens are burnt or baked to a crisp the cold meats look very sad, limited and unedible. Not a good deli at all. Very disappointing.

Much easier store to park in than the city one. So we fo here. Although I have seen a young woman shoplifting a full trolley of food, so I feel for the staff having to deal with that .

Plenty of parking, staff were pleasant and helpful. Seemed to have all is needed.
