The place is clean and tidy. They have mostly fresh fruits and vegetables available. Also if you have car, you can get discount of 6cents a liter at new world gas station if you purchase anything from there store.

Staff and manager extremely friendly. Shop well set out and always plenty of stock in store. They even greet me by name when I visit. Now that's service! Thank you New World Merrilands.

Very nice place as far as supermarkets go roomy and you could get everything you need. The supermarket also has a cafe prior to going into the store

Easy to navigate, always seems to have great selection and good quality. Prices are getting slightly lower but not by much

Great range of supermarket products. Displays are neatly arranged and eye catching. Not a lot of specials and prices have definitely gone up on everything. Good vibe though and great customer service!!! I'm visiting New Plymouth so highly comparable to my home town of Auckland.

Big parking area and the shelter is great during rainy season. The store is not that big but you can find what ever you need for your groceries.

Bakery here is amazing with huge choices and beautiful cakes
