Woolworths New Plymouth Central

Am currently disabled so availability of wheelchair is much appreciated. On my 1st visit, countdown realised probably through in store cameras that I was struggling to reach higher items. They sent a lovely little lady to accompany me & help me with my shop. Since then, every time, I have had an assistant within the self service sectionnwho checks out my goods, package them & pass me the electronic thingy to pay. Then I am assisted outside, under cover, to wait for my taxi

It's a bit drab this store compared to the store at the valley.. But that's probably cause it's been there since ei can't even remember. Upper car park is a bit meh needs some decent work down. Downstairs is good though. The store just looks dated and feels dirty. However it is handy the staff are great and it's in a real convenient location.

Supermarket. Not massive but a decent range of products. A bit tired inside but fine.nnSelf checkouts if like me you hate talking to people.

The managers need to try using a few please and thank you when dealing with customers. There are 3 huge grocery stores within a half a mile distance. When you are spending 3-400 dollars a week here, it's the least to expect. Short, plump, sandy blonde manager can be a real rude cow most of the time.
