Johnathan at self checkout this evening was so lovely, he checked my ID politely. I left my keys behind but he brought them to me before I left. He's a great employee

Went there on boxing day and bought a pork, I ask the guy on the seafood section if there is any way they can cut it for me I dont mind paying extra . He went and ask the guy at the back, apparently the guy at the meat section came out and look at me first and said NO considering it was very quiet and there is rarely no one inside shopping.

Has ended quiet hour early on some occasions, or just not done it at all. As an autistic person, quiet hour is the only time that I can shop in peace, without being overstimulated by all the sounds. It’s quite bothersome when I go to quiet hour and its not quiet. There are often advertisements and music playing during “quiet” hour.

From outside the shop looks small but it's actually huge as any other countdown store and has almost everything you need for your daily grocery. The wine, fruits and vegetables and meat section is good. The other items are not very properly labelled so you might need to search or ask for her otherwise it is good. Parking is available at the basement.
