This Countdown is well-organized, clean, and offers a broad selection of products. They frequently have discounted items, providing good value. The only minor issue is that some products were out of stock during my visit.

My rating is based solely on my experience with the click and collect service. Over the years living on the Shore, I’ve used this service at several different stores. Unfortunately, Greville Woolworths has consistently provided the poorest service by far. I have yet to receive a complete and accurate order from this store. There are always missing items that I’ve been charged for, incorrect products, or items included that I never ordered. This is not related to substitute selections, as I understand how that process works.nnWhen I’ve raised these issues, staff have often struggled to understand my concerns. In some cases, they have allowed me to take items without recording the details at the checkout.nnI do want to acknowledge the staff and their efforts to try to resolve these issues. However, for a multibillion-dollar company, I am surprised by the level of service being provided. It is extremely frustrating to use this service, only to get home, unpack, and discover multiple errors. As someone who works long hours and has limited time, this click and collect service at this store has been disappointing and unreliable.nnSave yourself the hassle and don’t use click and collect from this store.

Online order which included 2 packs of 400g diced beef. Most of which was fat, literally. I paid total $29 for both packs and got absolute rubbish cuts of meat! I mean really? Normally I won’t order meat online for this very reason. I’m very selective and fussy over cuts of meat however because of the weather the past few days my husband and I thought we’d order groceries online yep beef too to allow us to clean the debris up around our property after Cyclone Tan. Big mistake. I firmly believe the weight of a pack was not 400g but more 300g, if that, minus the fat/gristle maybe 170-180g pic is of the fat in one pack Unfortunately my kitchen scale is broken so I can’t say for sure. Come on Woolworths! You’ve milked the cow for far too long. Give the consumers what they’ve paid for!

A okay store but not very pleasant staff compared to other Woollies stores. E.G - Went to Deli to get cold meats. Staff all talking with heads down. No one looked up to check the counter so I rang the bell gently to get their attention. Still no one moved even though they could see me there. Eventually one moved forward to serve me reluctantly. Not a good start. Not my normal Woollies store as I was out of area but found their selections very poor. Poor baking selections, no Lactose Free milk and other items. And as a final insult Woolworths Grenville Rd does NOT have Super Gold Card Tuesdays. Just wished I’d left everything behind and walked out.nI’m a loyal Woolworths customer but I definitely will not be returning to Woolworths Grenville Rd Albany, Auckland.
