This Countdown is well-organized, clean, and offers a broad selection of products. They frequently have discounted items, providing good value. The only minor issue is that some products were out of stock during my visit.

Overall customer service is great but due to when my shift finishes I am frequently here in the last twenty minutes before the store closes. Your advertised trading hours show that you close at 10pm and yet for the last ten minutes customers are loudly bombarded over the intercom with a message stating over and over that “the store is closed” despite the fact that you still have ten minutes of trading left. Perhaps more concerning is that you then lock the front doors of the store five minutes before you close so that customers are literally locked in. Luckily I work in a store with the same door system and know to press the emergency exit button to let myself out but it’s pretty ridiculous and frankly legally questionable that you make customers stand in a room surrounded by locked glass doors until someone comes and lets them out, a situation I’ve witnessed numerous times, when they are leaving your store DURING your advertised trading hours. I work in retail and completely understand the frustration that accompanies last minute shoppers who stay past close but I would never dream of locking them in, let alone locking in customers who are leaving BEFORE the store has closed. I never leave bad reviews because I understand how difficult working retail can be but I’ve witnessed this same pattern of behaviour numerous times now and feel I have to say something.

Avoid this branch if you can. The staff lie a lot about the times you will receive your order or you don't get the order the day you want and have reserved a date and time.nWhen items are missing ,they are very slow to help you or they don't speak English and cant help you or they say they will do something to help you then don't follow through.nBad News. this has happened more than once to my family and neighbours have received on numerous occasions some one else's order! Unless you are really desperate for food ,dont go to this branch where idiots run the place.

Went to this Woolworths yesterday for shopping around 7:10 pm. I was looking for a few things, laundry detergent, tea bags, and a drink. While I was in the tea aisle, some staff members, possibly Indian or Pakistani, behaved in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. It would be helpful if staff were reminded that their role is to assist customers and maintain a welcoming environment, not only stocking shelves. While I understand there might have been a security concern, the staff's behavior was also concerning.nnI hope Woolworths will address this to ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone. If similar incidents happen again, I would hesitate to recommend this store, especially to customers who value a respectful shopping environment.

This location persistently fails to include items in click and collect orders, but still charges for them. Sometimes it is just one or two items, other times it's half the order. The refund process is painful and can take up to an hour. If you're really lucky - they give your entire order to the wrong person then make you wait 40 minutes for the other person to drive back to the supermarket to swap orders. If I could make a formal complaint I would but they don't answer their phone, and their manager is not contactable apparently.
