I live nearby and usually enjoy shopping here, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience tonight.nnWhile checking out, I asked a male staff member how to use the membership program to get the member pricing. He explained it to me, but then told me that if I registered today, I wouldn't be able to use the membership benefits until tomorrow, and that the registration process was complicated and time-consuming.nnI pointed out that the two items I was buying would have been about $10 cheaper with the member price, but he still suggested I just register another day. He did remind me to sign up for a membership, which I appreciated.nnHowever, after I got home, I discovered that registering was actually very quick and easy, and the membership benefits could be used immediately. As a result, I unnecessarily paid an extra $10 because of incorrect information.nnWhether this was due to a lack of knowledge or simply impatience, I found it very frustrating. Customers should be able to rely on staff to provide accurate information, especially when it directly affects how much they pay.nnI hope management can provide better training to ensure customers receive correct advice in the future.

The checkout staff, especially the tall lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made the whole experience very unpleasant. In my opinion, someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service and should be fired.
