Extremely unwelcoming place. Majority of the staff couldn’t care less about the customer. Click and collect pickers are rude, pushy and unapproachable. Stock is always low or not available. All brands like Oak canned food gone! Meadow fresh yogurts etc gone! Great beers like Monteiths gone! Meat, cold cuts and frozen not handled correctly and food often is off long before the use by date. 2 checkouts only ever open even at peak time after school.nEven if New World costs me more at least you are treated like a human!! Pull your heads in, the lot of you clowns!

I have shopped here on and off since 2012. Staff always friendly and helpful. However it has accessibility issues. There must be a way to position the trolleys so clients dont have to back out of the trolley park.nTime also for them to make an unused exterior doorway a click and collect access, especially for those with mobility issues

Love this store. The staff are always helpful and smiling. Especially the two Islander men. Always a good conversation with them whether it be about work or sports. Well done guys and give those men a pay rise clause they always go above and beyond.

really bad experienceThe cashier at the front accidentally rang up the wrong items three times in a row. When it was my turn, she mixed up my items with the items of the lady in front of me. She even accused me of not putting a divider in my bag! I am 100% sure that I did put a divider, but she didn't believe me even after I told her!

No undercover parking however has really good accessible parking the staff of very helpful close to other shops nice wide Isles and was clean and tidy close to motorway so really easy to get off and pick something up if required
