Woolworths Browns Bay

I had an unpleasant encounter with Katrina at the checkout. She was so rude and slow, I hate doing shopping there. I expect better customer service and hope this can be addressed. Thanks

As we are loyal customers of Countdown, wherever we go, we always look for Countdown.nnIt is the first time we have gone shopping at Woolworths Browns Bay on 3/2/2024. We love this supermarket as it’s clean and tidy.nnWe have found lots of Easter Eggs and chocolate for the coming Easter Holiday there as well.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there if you live near Browns Bay or North Shore.

Price gouging isn't great but have a nice selection of ice cream so adding 3 stars to my review for that alone. Counting down the days till I can come back.

If you work as a Sidekicker here, they’ll still give you a 2-star rating if you make even a mistake or don’t perform like a proficient assistant, no matter how hard you work afterwards. Then, you’ll notice from the attitude of all other employees that they seem to think you’re not capable—maybe the manager told them. You’ll also get strange looks from other staff, which is truly unforgettable. It feels tougher than earning my PhD before.

Large shop with spacious lanes. Great specials and many check outs are always open. Lots of parking
