They do not have any quality tutor. I feel sad that some are immigrants with student visas teaching Master level degree. Some local tutors are racist to international students. They will show that they are good and support you, but in the end, nobody going to help. What is happening with the New Zealand Qualification System? Master level is taught by any nonsense people out there. No one is going to contact you about the enrollments or any assignments due you have. You pay them, but you will not be contacted by anyone. I am very disappointed that these kinds of institutions are situated in New Zealand, lying overseas students for a better future.

Issues around lack of tutors because of merger, with a lack of tutors/teaching at end of Yr 1. Was addressed and better Yr 2, likely only due to group complaint.

The room we used was good, close to the hub and toilet facilities. Sadly the toilet facility closest to the room were a let down. Hairs on the sink and the rubbish bin. I saw the cleanerstwo go in and when I went back later the hairs were still there. They had cleaned the toilet and emptied the bin but not cleaned anything else. The floor had not been done. I informed staff and they said it's quite normal. Not a good look for staff, students and visitors.

Had an appointment there booked a space and now I had to cancel my appointment due to some inconsiderate person parked their car in the spot reserved for me. End result not able to go to my appointment and can not get another one for maybe two weeks. Hope you enjoy your event today at least you get paid for it. I don't have that luxury nor do I qualify for a benefit. Been out of work since January trying to keep my head above the water what's the point if people don't play fair.

“Not student friendly at all”. better study some were else guys.and feel more focused on some cultures it’s a pure business and see others as a source of income that's all.All students suffering with staff’s approach etc .still need to pay good amount of money to study though
