Anglesea A & E

I visited Anglesea A & E. It posted 14 patients waiting on line, with a huge 5 hour and 30 min waiting time.nnThe medical clinic was entirely empty. Not one soul being treated or even one patient in the entire facility, just me.nnMaybe they just don't want any patients over the holiday period.

I got a deep gash in my lower leg. I was admitted within 2 minutes and the doctor put in 9 stitches. I went back 3 times for check ups and only waited about 2 - 3 minutes to be seen. The doctors and nurses were excellent. They were all professional and pleasant. Thanks to all the staff.

Love the staff here, they are very friendly and looked after me well. I was given clear instructions on where I could wait and how long I would be waiting for. The free wifi was handy - I was fortunate enough to go at quiet time, so I didn’t have to wait for long to see a doctor.

I've been here multiple times and still get horrible service. I've waited so many hours here it's not even funny. The doctors are always rude and mad and i bet you their mad because we're Asian. My parents have a hard time speaking English and I'm only 12 years old and I'm very anxious. It's sad that there's still people like this. Treating people rudely especially a literal child and parents who have a hard time speaking English, is insane. Literally racist. The fact that a 12 year old had to address this is crazy. Please be more respectful.

Despite fairly long waits the service was great. Thanks Dr Shaw for your professional, thorough and caring approach. Thanks also to.the nurses who took blood from a 4 year old....very skilled work.
