Anglesea A & E

I went in this afternoon and the staff were amazing. It ended up taking about 3 hours all up, first to be seen and then have bloods done as well as an X-ray but great experience from start to finish. The doctor took her time to speak to me and examine be and it didn’t feel rushed. Overall was 10 out of 10.

Came in here the other night feeling very, very average. Dr. Jessa Ostrom, and her team of lovely ladies Bronwyn in particular did a great job of making me feel at ease and I am very thankful for their help, care and effort.nStill feeling much better and working on making the lifestyle changes needed.

Helping and polite staff. Always there to listen and attend patients no matter what time of the day it is they are truely serving 24*7. Amazing doctors makes you feel acknowledged and comfortable so that you return in a better condition with hope. Highly recommend

Thanks for the great service.nThe pacifica women who helped me was very good.nnYes the lines can be long but that is more a symptom of our health system. If you are in a lot of pain you will be seen faster.

Kelly at Reception is fantastic, i dont personally know her, but wow ! these ladies are always busy, and during my interactions all i see is professional staff that make the visit which is normally feeling unwell or in pain, so much nicer. Top Job team and Chocolate fish to Kelly.
